- Led regional restructuring efforts
to centralize management and leasing operations in one office per
city, consolidating customer service centers into one location per
region, streamlining and standardizing vendor/contractor
relationships and procurement, restructuring customer account
management, and capitalizing on economies of scale to reduce
operating costs by over $2 million nationally
- Led the region’s acquisition and
integration of thirteen properties of 5.8 million square feet and
the disposition of more than twenty-seven properties of 8.7 million
square feet.
- Delivered the highest customer
satisfaction scores compared to nine other regions of Equity Office.
- Built an effective management team
in five cities of the Southwest region with a reputation for quality
results, effective operations and positive financial performance.
- Focusing on the operational
aspects of the retail brokerage company, allowed the two principals
to increase their effectiveness in deal-making, resulting in the
company’s highest gross income in 2007, an increase of 35% over the
prior year.
