RV Apartments has purchased the 3,000-square-foot property at 2401 Dunstan at Morningside in the Rice Village. The building was on a parcel of land that will be incorporated into Hanover's Ashton Rice Village mixed-use project. David Werlin of WPW Realty Advisors represented the buyer. The seller, OLEMRAC Ltd., was represented by Mark Kidd Sr. of M Kidd Properties.

When remodeling is complete, the retail store, showroom, service and corporate offices will relocate from US 59 and Kirby Drive to the new location. The seller, Mayfield I Ltd., was represented by Jude Filippone of Transwestern.
