    PRESIDENT
    M Kidd Properties is led by Mark W. Kidd, Sr., a front-runner in Texas’ commercial real estate industry. He has over thirty years of experience in creating value through superior client service, insightful operations, and organizational effectiveness. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in management from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to establishing M Kidd Properties, Mark, Sr. was actively involved in the acquisition, disposition and operation of more than 40 Class A office properties holding leadership roles in well-recognized real estate companies in the Houston market: Page Partners Realty Advisors, Chief Operating Officer, a privately-held retail brokerage firm based in Houston. Equity Office Properties, Vice President – Operations, a national real estate investment trust based in Chicago, led the operations comprised 34 class A office buildings in major cities of Texas and Louisiana, leading and developing a property management team of over 200 employees. Transwestern, Senior Property Manager, a full-service real estate company headquartered in Houston, responsible for San Felipe Plaza, a trophy-class high rise office building in the Galleria area. Houston Center, Senior Property Manager, mixed-use downtown development, he excelled in tenant relations, emergency procedures, lease renewals and expansions. He is a licensed real estate Broker in Texas, and has earned designations as Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator, and Registered Building Manager. Mark, Sr. has served as President of the Houston Building Owners & Managers Association, Director of Texas BOMA, and Director of the Greater Greenspoint Management District Board. He is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church where he has served in many leadership roles including Chair of the Board of Stewards, Chair of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Board of Trustees, Chair of the St. Luke’s Methodist Church Foundation, Chair of the Finance & Administration Commission, Chair of the Buildings & Grounds Committee, and Chair of the Personnel Committee. For many years he has served as the broker for real estate transactions for properties owned by the St. Luke’s Methodist Church Foundation. Mark, Sr. has also served Serenity Retreat for Healing and Spiritual Growth, as Board Chair for six years. He has been a member of the Goodwill Industries of Houston Board of Trustees for 25 years. He is a Director and serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Wildlife Association.

    Mark has been with M Kidd Properties since May 2012, where he is responsible for business development, transaction management and creative marketing strategies of commercial properties in the greater Houston area. Mark represents business and property owners with varying real estate requirements, establishing solutions to achieve their desired objectives and long-term real estate goals. Prior to joining M Kidd Properties, Mark gained valuable experience at Newmark Knight Frank (formerly Grubb & Ellis) as an industrial broker, representing Tenants and Landlords of industrial properties, including land transactions. Mark began his career at Moody Rambin Interests as a Leasing Advisor, representing office Tenants in their Lease negotiations. Mark graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and holds a Salesperson’s license from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is an active member of NAIOP and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
