M Kidd Properties is led by Mark Kidd, a front runner in Texas’ commercial real estate industry who has extensive experience creating value through insightful operations, organizational effectiveness and client service.

Mr. Kidd was actively involved in the acquisition, disposition and operations of Class A office properties, and has held numerous leadership roles in a national real estate investment trust, a privately owned retail real estate brokerage firm and a major mixed-use development. Through strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills, he builds positive relationships with customers, clients, service providers, contractors and colleagues to complete the most complex real estate transactions.

Whether you require help in leasing, buying or selling a property, Mr. Kidd is well-versed in handling your transaction every step of the way. His commercial real estate highlights include:

  • Leadership roles in management and operations of various mixed use commercial properties in Texas and Louisiana including Houston Center and San Felipe Plaza.
  • Built an effective management team of over 200 employees at Equity Office Properties Trust that was responsible for a portfolio of 11.6 million square feet in thirty-four class A commercial properties in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, New Orleans and Metairie, Louisiana.
  • Served as Chief Operating Officer at Page Partners, one of the leading retail real estate consulting and brokerage firms in Houston, where he improved profitability and business operations.
  • Past president and director of Houston Building Owners and Managers Association and past director of the Greater Greenspoint Management District.
  • Member of the Board of Trustees, Goodwill Industries of Houston.
  • Chair-Elect of the 2012 Board of Stewards and other lay leadership roles, St. Luke's United Methodist Church
